How can we help?

Open Hoop, sign in with Apple or Google, and you'll start with a few free credits. Pick a template, type your kid's name and party details, and tap Generate. Each invitation costs one credit.

Open the Profile tab. The credit chip at the top of every screen also shows the live count.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone: Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Hoop Pro › Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All payments are processed by Apple, so refunds also go through them. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, find the Hoop charge, and tap Report a Problem. We can't issue refunds directly.

Tap Regenerate on the result screen — that gives you a fresh take with the same details. If a generation outright fails, the credit is refunded to your account automatically. If you keep getting odd results for the same theme, email us a screenshot and we'll look into it.

Profile › Language. Hoop ships in English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, and Arabic. Choosing a language restarts the app so the change takes effect everywhere — that's expected, not a crash.

No. You share an image or a link, and your guests open it in whatever they already use — iMessage, WhatsApp, Mail, Instagram. Hoop is only for the person making the invitation.

Profile › Delete account. We finalize the deletion within 30 days — invitations, saved birthdays, prompts, and personal identifiers all go. Anonymized billing records may be retained for tax-compliance periods required by Turkish and EU law. Details in the Privacy policy.

Browsing previously generated invitations works offline (they're cached). Generating new ones requires internet — the AI runs in the cloud.
